We greatly enjoyed that functional hotel. The most important was the staff - incredibly kind and affable people. The room was budget, new-fashioned and complete with excellent WiFi and old style TV, for example. The venue's location was MAGNIFICENT, adjacent to the centre for a major `` steam '' event over the weekend, Rotterdam and railway station. Furthermore, next to a large McDonalds restaurant with a prominent M Arch sign.

The staff were extremely friendly and amicable. the hotel's location allowed for a short walk to the restaurant, town centre, and railway station. the service provided was very good.

We came (usa) to Dordrecht to see the Noah's Ark but no one (not even vvv, managed to give us adequate directions. We drove for half a day following "vague" and sometimes contradictory directions. For foreign visitors this is deplorable. Your hotel couldn't really provide us with the information. Otherwise, we rated your hotel as very fine.

Clean hotel, big beds, very very good breakfasts and efficient staff. Breakfast with juice and good coffee, for instance.

We booked a room with breakfast included; the staff were very friendly and excellent, making our check-in smooth and easy.

This hotel was easy to find. It's well-cared for and the room was a good size for a couple. The bed slept well. The complimentary small bottle of wine was a nice touch.

They offered a breakfast buffet, but it was overpriced in my opinion. A bright light happened to shine right onto our room (and other rooms on our side of the hotel). That was a bit annoying.

i wish they could write the menus in english as such i was unable to order food from the hotel restaurant as i couldnt read the menus in dutch.
